Lambe Skippers Bermuda to Win - Ipswich Town News
Winger Reggie Lambe was in the Bermuda U20 side which beat 10-man Guyana 3-0 in their opening CONCACAF U20 Championship second round qualifying group game in Surinam yesterday. The 19-year-old captained the team and was booked for dissent but wasn’t on the scoresheet.
The Bermudian youngsters next face Netherlands Antilles on Friday and finally Surinam on Sunday. Bermuda need to top the group in order to qualify for the CONCACAF Championship in Guatemala in April which also serves as qualification for the U20 World Cup in Colombia in the summer.
Lambe has previously won nine full caps, scoring four goals, in addition to games at U23 and U20 levels.
