Norris Undergoing Scan - Ipswich Town News
Skipper David Norris is undergoing a scan on the injuries which forced him off after 15 minutes of Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Barnsley and is expected to miss at least Town’s next two games. The midfielder twisted both his knee and his ankle at Oakwell.
Jewell says he’ll have a clearer idea how long the 29-year-old will be out once he has seen the results of the scan: "He was very sore yesterday and he’s getting scanned even as we speak. It’s obviously a sore one and he’s obviously out of the immediate games I would think.
"I’ll be able to tell you more once we’ve got the scan results. I would have thought that he’s out of the next two games at least but he’s a quick healer Chuck and I should know more when I get the test results.”
Jewell confirmed that Colin Healy will replace Norris in his starting line-up at Doncaster tomorrow.
