Reserve Squad - Ipswich Town News
Town reserves play Luton reserves this afternoon and have a very experienced squad to put out against the Hatters.
An interesting omission however is Manu Thetis which may mean he will be replacing Mark Venus in the side for Sunday's derby at Carrow Road. Wayne Brown, thought by many as an obvious replacement for Venus, is in the squad for this afternoon and it will be interesting to see how much of the game he plays.
Also playing are Adam Tanner and Titus Bramble, both of whom also have first team experience at centre-half. Again included in Finnish trialist Miikka Multaharju. The MyPa 47 midfielder starts his second game for the reserves. Jonas Axeldal will hope to continue his excellent reserves goalscoring run.
Full squad: Mike Salmon, James Pullen, John Kennedy, Marco Holster, Adam Tanner, Titus Bramble, Wayne Brown, Miikka Multaharju, Chris Keeble, Sean Friars, Jonas Axeldal, Richard Logan, Kevin Inglis, Justin Miller and Stephen Moffat.
Matt Holland is now Town's only real worry for Sunday's game, but seems more than likely to recover from the ankle injury that is giving him a problem. Jamie Clapham's foot problem has now cleared up. Norwich meanwhile seem set to be without Darren Eadie who has a knee injury.

Robins: A Point Was the Least We DeservedStoke City boss Mark Robins was delighted with his team’s first-half display but felt quite the opposite regarding their performance in the second as they drew 3-3 at home with the Blues, a controversial 96th-minute penalty having spared his side’s blushes after Town came from 2-0 down at the break to take a 3-2 lead going into injury time.
McKenna: We're Devastated We Didn't Get It Over the LineTown boss Kieran McKenna admitted he had left a devastated and frustrated dressing room following the 3-3 draw at Stoke City, the Potters having grabbed a last-gasp leveller via a contentious penalty, both with the decision and after being unable to see out what would have been their first comeback victory in almost 23 months.
Stoke City 3-3 Ipswich Town - Match ReportTown suffered last-gasp penalty heartbreak of a different variety as Stoke City netted a 96th-minute penalty to claim a 3-3 draw from a topsy-turvy game at the bet365 Stadium. Goals from Milan Smit and Bae Junho in a disastrous final 10-minute spell at the end of the first half gave the Potters a 2-0 half-time lead but an own goal by Eric Bocat and strikes from Jack Taylor and George Hirst looked to have won it until the home side were harshly awarded a penalty after Cedric Kipre and Jens Cajuste tangled with Lamine Cisse in the box and Smit bagged his second of the game from the spot.
Two Changes For Town at Stoke as Nunez Misses OutTown have made two changes for this evening’s game at Stoke City with Jack Taylor and Jack Clarke coming into the team for Dan Neil and Marcelino Nunez, who is absent from the squad due to a hamstring injury.
