Jewell: Town Eyeing Scottish Market But Not Necessarily Conway - Ipswich Town News
Boss Paul Jewell has confirmed that the Blues have had scouts watching Dundee United but says winger Craig Conway wasn’t necessarily the target. Conway was linked with the Blues as well as SPL giants Rangers by the Scottish press last week.
Jewell said: "What’s probably happened there is that we’re watching games up in Scotland.
"We’ve watched Dundee United a couple of times and Motherwell as well, and people have put two and two together. We are trying to spread the net to see what’s about.”
