Keane Could Make Australia Move - Ipswich Town News
Former Town boss Roy Keane is in the running to become the new manager of Australian A-League side the Melbourne Victory.
Keane, 39, is understood to be in the Victorian capital at the moment, but is amongst a number of names to have been linked with the role, including Bosko Djurovski, the assistant coach of Japanese side Nagoya Grampus.
The Irishman, who still lives with his family in Woodbridge, has been out of work since being relieved of his duties at Portman Road in January.
Further to this morning's story, Keane was spotted at last night's Sydney FC-Shanghai Shenhua Asian Champions League match at the Sydney Football Stadium.
When asked, Keane refused to comment on the Melbourne Victory link: "No," before adding, "I’m just here to watch the match with my son."
