Agent Dismisses Keane Melbourne Link - Ipswich Town News
Roy Keane’s long-time representative Michael Kennedy has dismissed claims that the former Blues boss is about to become manager of Australian A-League side the Melbourne Victory. Keane is in Australia at present and was spotted at a match in Sydney on Tuesday but Kennedy says rather too much is being read into his presence down under.
Speaking to the Australian media, Keane’s lawyer said: "If you're ringing about Roy Keane, don't bother.
"It's bloody ridiculous. The man's gone there on a holiday with his family and all I get are phone calls about him."
Kennedy says the former Town manager has ''absolutely no intention'' of taking a job in Australia.
