Pablo and Lisbie\'s Exits Confirmed - Ipswich Town News
Boss Paul Jewell has confirmed that Town will not be offering new deals to on-loan strike pair Pablo Couñago and Kevin Lisbie. Couñago has spent the season with tomorrow's opponents Crystal Palace - and is unavailable under the terms of his loan - while Lisbie has been at Millwall since last summer.
Jewell said: "They will be leaving the club. I haven’t spoken to either of those players and they haven’t been in touch with me, but their futures will be elsewhere.”
Couñago rejoined the Blues for a second spell after being released by Spanish side Malaga in July 2007, while Lisbie signed from Colchester for £750,000 a year later.
