Gala Dinner to Celebrate UEFA Cup Win - Ipswich Town News

The 30th anniversary of the Blues' 1981 UEFA Cup win will be celebrated with a gala dinner at Ipswich Town Hall on May 30th.

Former Blues John Wark, George Burley, Paul Cooper, Russell Osman, Eric Gates and Frans Thijssen have already confirmed their attendance at the event with other members of Sir Bobby Robson’s team also expected to be present.

Tickets for the gala dinner evening cost £100 plus VAT and are available by calling organiser Austen Dack on 07863 123929 or contacting him via email at austendack@aol.com. They can be bought in tables of ten or in pairs.

Further tickets will become available from the Regent box office in the weeks to come for fans wanting to watch player interviews and entertainment after the gala dinner, priced at £30.
