Daggers Midfielder Linked Again - Ipswich Town News
Town are again being linked with Dagenham and Redbridge midfielder Romain Vincelot, along with Championship rivals Burnley, Millwall, Reading and Watford. The Blues were first mentioned in connection with the Frenchman in December when League One Charlton were said to be showing interest, while more recently Norwich City have also been linked.
Vincelot began his career as a right-back but has impressed as a central midfielder since switching roles last season. The 25-year-old previously played in France with Chamois Niortais and Gueugnon.
The Poitiers-born player, who has scored 12 goals this season, has a year remaining on his Daggers’ contract but several of the interested parties are believed to be ready to make bids in the summer.
