Peters Called Up for Gold Cup - Ipswich Town News
Jaime Peters has been included in the Canadian squad for the CONCACAF Gold Cup in the United States next month. Peters has previously won 25 full caps and has scored one international goal.
The midfielder or full-back will meet up with the rest of the travelling party ahead of a friendly against Ecuador on June 1st in Toronto, prior to their tournament opener against the hosts in Detroit on June 7th.
Canada subsequently take on Guadeloupe on June 11th in Tampa and Panama on June 14th in Kansas City as they look to repeat the success of their 2000 squad, which included ex-Blues Craig Forrest and Jason De Vos.
