TWTD Poker Tournament #4 - Ipswich Town News
TWTD will be hosting its fourth No Limit Holdem poker tournament on Thursday at 9pm. The game will be played as a private tournament at PokerStars, with all visitors of TWTD welcome. The entry cost for the tournament will be $11.
All players will need to register for an account at PokerStars prior to the start of the tournament. PokerStars provides play-money tables where users can get used to the software and develop their skills before venturing on to any of the vast array of real-money tables should they wish.
The intention is for the tournaments to be a friendly introduction to poker and other ITFC supporters, allowing participants to display their poker skills whilst, if they wish, discussing the goings on at Portman Road.
You will need to register for the tournament prior to the event and it's open now. You must be 18 years old or over. Download the software, click 'Tourney', 'Private' and find 'Portman Road Poker'. It is password protected which this week is 'Delaney'. Note the pokerstars clock is an American one so they think it starts at 16:00ET.
If you have any questions regarding the tournament please send a private message to BOjK or for non-members use the Contact Us link at the foot of the page.
