Watford Rebuff QPR Bid for Graham - Ipswich Town News

Watford are reported to have rebuffed newly-promoted QPR’s £2.5 million offer for striker Danny Graham. On Tuesday, the 25-year-old, who scored 27 goals during 2010/11, was reported to be a Town target.

Speaking last week, Graham said he would only consider moves to the Premier League this summer: "There's going to be speculation, I'd be devastated if there wasn't. I'm contracted to Watford, I love it here, but I'm not going to lie or kid anyone, I want to play at the top level.

"If that happens, it happens. If not and another Championship club comes in, I'm not interested. I want to be a Premiership player, I'm not going to hide the fact, but we'll see what happens."

Newcastle and Swansea are also amongst those to have been linked with the former Carlisle and Middlesbrough man.
