Agent: Chopra Keen to Join Town - Ipswich Town News
Michael Chopra’s agent Kenny Moyes has confirmed that his player is interested in joining the Blues. Town and Cardiff City have agreed a fee of £1.5 million for the 27-year-old with Chopra due at Portman Road today for talks and if all goes to plan to undergo a medical.
Moyes, the brother of Everton boss David, says the deal’s not yet done but says his player would like to become a Blue: "Nothing has been agreed as yet.
"It is still a bit premature but I know the two clubs have been talking and Michael is keen to join Ipswich.”
