Peters Looking for First Game at Gold Cup - Ipswich Town News
Jaime Peters will hope to make his first appearance at the CONCACAF Gold Cup later today when Canada face Panama in Kansas City in their final group game. The Canadians need a win to guarantee a place in the knock-out stages but could still make it through even they fail to beat their group leaders.
Canada currently sit third in their group having lost 2-0 to the US but after beating Guadeloupe 1-0 at the weekend.
Peters has previously won 26 full caps and could be involved in today’s game with one or two of the Canadian squad suffering from injuries.
