Magilton Linked With Watford Job - Ipswich Town News
Jim Magilton has become the second former Town manager to be linked with the vacant boss’s job at Watford. Magilton, 42, has been out of work since leaving QPR in December 2009.
Over the weekend, Roy Keane, whose Suffolk home is up for sale, was claimed to be in the frame for the role vacated by Malky Mackay when he joined Cardiff last week.
Meanwhile, Magilton’s former Portman Road team-mate Tommy Miller has been offered a contract by Blue Square Bet Premier side Gateshead. Miller was released by Sheffield Wednesday at the end of the season.
The 32-year-old has previously been mentioned in connection with his former club Hartlepool, while other clubs at League One level are also likely to be interested.
