Cresswell Signs - Ipswich Town News
Town have confirmed that Tranmere left-back Aaron Cresswell has signed a three-year deal, as TWTD was first to report yesterday.
Town are yet to agree the compensation due to Tranmere because the Liverpudlian is under 24 years of age, a new offer having been on the table at Prenton Park.
Cresswell made 71 starts and nine sub appearances for Rovers, scoring six goals, having come through their youth system.
A set piece specialist and a tough-tackler, the 5ft 7in tall full-back likes to get forward and also played on the left of midfield when progressing through the ranks at Tranmere.
