Cropper in US Squad - Ipswich Town News
Academy keeper Cody Cropper has been named in the US U18 squad for the Milk Cup in Northern Ireland, which is being played between July 21st and 30th. Town trio Josh Carson, Caolan Lavery and Cormac Burke have already been named in the Northern Ireland U20 party which is also competing in the Elite section of the prestigious annual tournament.
The US take on Israel on July 25th and Mexico on July 27th before a positional play-off on July 29th, which may see Cropper face his Northern Irish Town team-mates.
The second-year scholar, who played the first half of tonight's 2-1 win at Haverhill Rovers, recently agreed a one-year professional deal with the Blues.
