Lawrence Already Linked With Arsenal - Ipswich Town News

Academy schoolboy Byron Lawrence is already interesting Premier League Arsenal, according to one of today’s tabloids. The 15-year-old midfielder was on the bench for the Blues during the Carling Cup tie against Northampton on Tuesday but didn’t make it on to the field.

Recruited from non-league side Histon, the Hertfordshire-based youngster signed schoolboy forms with Town a year ago.

The link with the Gunners should come as no surprise, the same newspaper claimed Arsene Wenger’s side were chasing young left-back Joe Whight before he signed his two-year professional contract earlier in the summer.
