BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch (midday to 2pm) will be coming live from Alderman Road rec next to the ground prior to Saturday’s opening league game of the season against Hull City.
Presenter Mark Murphy is inviting fans to come down and Meet the Beat with Blues legend Kevin Beattie a regular on the show, along with football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham.
Former full-back and stepover king Fabian Wilnis, whose side vv Heerjansdam face Ipswich Wanderers in a friendly on Saturday evening, will also be along.
