Stockdale Rumours Rubbish - Ipswich Town News
Loan keeper David Stockdale has dismissed rumours claiming that he is to return to Fulham in the wake of Town’s recent heavy defeats to Southampton and Peterborough.
The England call-up tweeted: "Rumours of me going back are rubbish! It's a team game and I'm part of that team too. I don't throw the towel in. Time to fight and stand.”
Earlier the 25-year-old, Town’s man of the match at London Road by some distance, said he had had a restless night: "Not much sleep last night. What a week. 42 games to shape up now!”
