Leddy in Irish Squad - Ipswich Town News

Academy midfielder Jon Leddy has been named in the Republic of Ireland U17 squad for two friendlies against Serbia in Wexford on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th September. Leddy, who has previously won caps at U16 level, was amongst this summer’s intake of first-year scholars.

The games are warm-ups for the first phase qualifiers for the UEFA U17 Championship which will be played in Kazakhstan from October 18th-24th, where Ireland face Liechtenstein, the hosts and Czech Republic in a qualification mini-group.
