Europe Exhibition Extended - Ipswich Town News
The Ipswich Town in Europe exhibition at the Town Hall Galleries is to remain open until mid-October with several new features, making it a more interactive experience. The exhibition, which was due to close last weekend, covers all of Town’s forays into Europe, from Sir Alf Ramsey’s side’s European Cup campaign in 1962 to the more recent trips to the likes of Torpedo Moscow and Inter Milan a decade ago under George Burley.
Supporters will be able to share their stories and memories of Town in Europe with a new sound recording box where visitors will be able to relate their thoughts and memories from the club’s adventures in Europe.
The exhibition, which is open to the public and free of charge, will now run until Saturday 22nd October, from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am until 5pm.
TWTD was at the opening of the exhibition back in May when we took a few photos, which can be seen here.
