Griffiths Set for Plymouth Exit - Ipswich Town News
Plymouth will not be extending Town midfielder Jamie Griffiths’s loan into a third month, according to reports in the South-West. The 19-year-old faces a three-match ban for his red card during Saturday’s defeat to Cheltenham, which would render an extension largely pointless.
Griffiths, whose only Town first team game came as a late sub in last season’s Carling Cup tie against Northampton, made four starts and five sub appearances for the Pilgrims.
The Great Cornard-based youngster is close to the end of the six-month Town contract he was awarded in the summer.
