Wright: We Must Cut Out Errors - Ipswich Town News

Returning keeper Richard Wright said Town need to cut out the mistakes and be more consistent throughout games after his third Blues debut ended in a 3-2 defeat to Reading.

Wright said: "We work together all week and the manager puts his ideas across and we need to start taking them on to the pitch and utilising them.

"It wasn't the best of games but at certain times I thought we did well and defended staunchly, but it has to be for the whole 90 minutes and not just in patches.

"We need to cut out the little errors, but the good thing is we have a game on Tuesday where we can hopefully put things right."

The 34-year-old could make his second appearance of this third spell at Portman Road at Burnley on Tuesday with David Stockdale a doubt with the shoulder problem he suffered in training earlier in the week.
