Sonko and Stockdale Return - Ipswich Town News
Ibrahima Sonko and David Stockdale are back in the Town side which takes on Watford at Portman Road this afternoon after hamstring and shoulder injuries respectively. Jason Scotland and Lee Martin are back in the starting XI with Jimmy Bullard, Ãvar Ingimarsson, Arran Lee-Barrett and Mark Kennedy all dropping out of the starting line-up.
Kennedy and Ingimarsson aren’t included in the 16, but Bullard and Lee-Barrett are on the bench.
Daryl Murphy switches to left midfield, but there’s no place for Jay Emmanuel-Thomas in the squad. Watford include former Town academy keeper Scott Loach, a Blues supporter.
Town: Stockdale, Edwards, Collins, Sonko, Cresswell, Martin, Andrews (c), Bowyer, Murphy, Scotland, Chopra. Subs: Lee-Barrett, Wabara, Bullard, Carson, Ellington.
