U18s Beaten in Derby - Ipswich Town News
Town’s U18s crashed back to earth after their midweek FA Youth Cup exploits this morning when they lost their derby 3-0 to Norwich City at Colney.
The Canaries' goals came from Taylor McKenzie and two from Jamar Loza. Blues keeper Dan O'Neil, who is on trial from Maidstone United, impressed having come on at half-time.
There was better news for the U16s, however, who beat the old enemy 4-2, also away from home.
U18s: O’Donnell (O’Neil 46), Acott (Hammond 46), Schrøder, Thorsteinsson, Meikle, Scotcher, Lawrence, Tiofack, Timlin, Winter, Simmons. Unused: October, Marriott, Maduako.
