Two Pompey Fees Reportedly Agreed - Ipswich Town News
Town and Portsmouth are reported to have agreed a fee for keeper Stephen Henderson and defender or midfielder Joel Ward. The Blues have been in discussions with Pompey regarding the duo and central defender Jason Pearce for almost two weeks.
If confirmed, the Blues will now have to convince the players to move to Portman Road with Henderson stating his intention to remain at Fratton Park only a few minutes ago via Twitter.
Town are understood to have had their latest offer for Pearce turned down earlier today but with owner Marcus Evans and chief executive Simon Clegg continuing to talk to Portsmouth and the administrator of their parent company, Convers Sports Initiatives.
