U18s Lose at MK Dons - Ipswich Town News

Jack Marriott scored twice but couldn’t prevent Town’s U18s from losing 3-2 away against the MK Dons this morning.

First-year scholar Marriott put the young Blues a goal up on four but the home side hit back within a minute, adding two further goals before the Town striker, who also hit the bar, netted his second with a minute remaining.

Meanwhile, Academy central defender Jide Maduako, who has been told he will not be offered a professional contract at the end of the season, was in a Leicester U18s side which beat Arsenal’s youngsters 5-3 at home.
