Dyer in Trouble - Ipswich Town News
Former Town star Kieron Dyer has been sent home from Newcastle's Marbella training camp after what the club has described as a breach of discipline. Dyer, as well as former Canary Craig Bellamy, Andy Griffin and Carl Cort, were sent back to England in disgrace, although the exact nature of their indiscretions remains a mystery.
The four of them have been disciplined and fined and Newcastle see this as an end to the matter, a club spokesperson saying: "The four players were sent home for a breach of disciplinary rules. They have subsequently been fined and as far as the club is concerned, the matter is now closed."
Dyer has got himself in a variety of hassles since leaving Town including a speeding conviction as well as a tabloid-tastic holiday in Cyprus.
