Wright Linked With Preston - Ipswich Town News

Exiting Town keeper Richard Wright is interesting League One Preston North End, according to reports. Wright joined the Blues on a short-term deal in November and made one appearance during his third spell at Portman Road but wasn’t offered a new deal at the end of the campaign.

The 34-year-old is keen to keep playing on a regular basis and went on trial with MLS side Dallas FC in January, but wasn’t given a contract.

The former England man, who recently said he'd like to be a goalkeeper-coach when his playing days are over, is currently spending time at Charlton working for his UEFA B Licence.
