Robertson Still Unsure on Future - Ipswich Town News
Dundee United midfielder Scott Robertson says he still doesn’t know where he’ll be playing his football next season despite being strongly linked with a move to the Blues. The one-time Dundee man does, however, hint that there is something in reports of his free Bosman switch to Portman Road.
The 27-year-old, who is out of contract this summer, tweeted: "I still don't know where I'll be next season yet, I'm hoping to be sorted in the next few weeks though.”
After a Town fan asked if he could be the first to welcome him to Portman Road, Robertson added: "I'd like to be able to say yes, but it's not at that stage."
Sources in Scotland have reported that Town are the frontrunners for the Scotland international’s signature on a number of occasions over the last few weeks.
Several of this morning's newspapers north of the border claim he'll sign for the Blues when he returns from holiday.
