Injury Latest - Ipswich Town News
Town seem a bit fortunate not to have a game this weekend with a number of players suffering with injury and, in one case, illness. Alun Armstrong has a virus and has undergone a number of blood tests after complaining of tiredness over recent weeks.
The ex-Boro player failed to train during yesterday's first session since the players' three-day break.
John McGreal is still suffering with his back problem, while Titus Bramble again had problems with his ankle, a problem Mark Venus has also been suffering from. Sixto Peralta continues to recover from his bruised knee.
Matt Holland, who has missed two Irish training sessions with a bruised foot this week, is likely to be fit for their play-off with Iran in Dublin tomorrow.
