Charitable Trust Portman Road Fun Day on Saturday - Ipswich Town News

The ITFC Charitable Trust is holding a Fun Day at Portman Road on Saturday (9am-5pm). And if zipping across Portman Road on a wire to raise sponsorship for charity is your idea of fun, you still have the chance to take part in the Big ITFC Zip.

There is a £50 booking fee to secure a slot on the zip, while there is a £45 per person booking fee for group bookings of 10 or more. There will be a prize for the best fancy dress costume. For more information click here or call 0844 801 1555.

Entry to the Portman Road Fun Day, which will be opened by Mayor Mary Blake, is free. There will be plenty of activities and entertainment for all the family with Blues mascot Crazee coming along, face painting, stadium tours, a castle slide, a bungee run, Hexagol and speed shot, the Town 102 Road runners and Cheeko the monkey, a treasure hunt and craft stands.

If you’re feeling competitive, visit the community games area with sprints, hurdles, foam shot-put, foam javelin and football activities. Anyone can participate in these games and you could win a prize!
