Lonergan Completes Bolton Move - Ipswich Town News
Leeds keeper Andy Lonergan has completed his move to Bolton a fee of around £200,000. The Blues and Sheffield Wednesday were also believed to have targeted the 28-year-old former Preston man.
Town go into tonight’s first pre-season friendly at Helmond Sport with Arran Lee-Barrett their only senior keeper (KO 7pm, local time).
The game against the Dutch Eerste Divisie side will see central defender Luke Chambers make his first appearance in a Blues shirt.
Prior to that game, there is a fans' match, also at Helmond Sport's main stadium (KO 4pm, local time).
Elsewhere, former Blue Pim Balkestein has joined AFC Wimbledon on a free transfer from Brentford.
