Brown on 24-Hour Call - Ipswich Town News
Town could call Wayne Brown back from loan with Wimbledon at any stage George Burley has revealed. Brown is starting a third month at Selhurst Park with Terry Burton anxious to hold on to Brown, but unable to pay a fee at the moment.
Burley said: "Wayne is getting regular first team football and is doing quite well. I'm happy for him to stay for a further month. I understand that Wimbledon may be keen to make it permanent but as yet I have had no bid. If we need Wayne back here we can take him at 24-hours notice and that is an important factor in the situation."
