Avoid Queues at Colchester - Ipswich Town News
Fans planning to go to Town’s final pre-season friendly at Colchester on Wednesday evening are reminded that it’s probably worth buying tickets in advance rather than on the day and using the shuttle buses as opposed to trying to park at the ground (KO 7.45pm).
When the Blues were at the Weston Homes Community Stadium for last year’s friendly, which was abandoned late on with the score 0-0, more than 2,700 Town fans turned up, leading to lengthy delays at the car parks and turnstiles.
Tickets can be bought from Town with full details on the club site here.
Colchester will be running shuttle buses at Wednesday’s game which will be free of charge. Full details here.
