Former Blues defender Ibrahima Sonko has joined newly-promoted Turkish Süper Lig side Akhisar Belediyespor. Sonko, who was released by Town at the end of last season, was previously on trial with Barnsley.
The 31-year-old former Senegalese international has agreed a two-year deal with last season’s Turkish second tier champions.
