No New Injuries Ahead of Watford Trip - Ipswich Town News
Town have no new injuries ahead of Tuesday’s visit to Watford. Midfielder Andy Drury came on as a second-half sub during Saturday’s 1-1 home draw with Blackburn having recovered from his calf injury and suffered no reaction.
Assistant boss Chris Hutchings said: “Everybody’s fit and rehydrated because the lads lost a lot of weight in that unbearable heat. We’ve had all the tests and they’re flying again.
"Andy Drury came through OK, everybody’s trained well this morning and we’re looking good.”
Summer signing Elliott Hewitt is the only injury absentee at present as he recovers from the hip impingement operations he underwent while with Macclesfield. The Wales U21 international right-back is due to return to action in September.
