Town Still Waiting for Cheick In - Ipswich Town News
Town are still waiting for confirmation that French-Guinean midfielder Cheick Kourouma's move to the Blues has gone through.
The 20-year-old free agent, who was with Genoa's U20s side last season, signed a contract on Friday the club having finally negotiated its way through the red tape relating to his former clubs which had delayed him signing his one-year deal by two months.
Town, who are confident that everything is fine, submitted the paperwork ahead of Friday's 11pm deadline and continue to wait for confirmation from the football authorities that everything was in order.
Paris-born Kourouma is currently sidelined with a knee injury he suffered in training.
