U18s Lose to Barnet - Ipswich Town News
Town’s U18s fell to a 2-1 defeat at Barnet on Saturday, schoolboy striker Cemal Ramadan, an Irish U16 international, netting for Russell Osman’s side.
First-year scholar Cory Galvin was in action for Ireland’s U17s as they drew 1-1 with Sweden in their opening European Championships qualifying group game in Macedonia on Saturday. Striker Galvin came on as a 76th minute sub.
The Irish youngsters face the hosts in their second game tomorrow before completing their fixtures with a match against Romania on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the U21 match at Colchester scheduled for next Monday has been postponed.
