The Town chairman David Sheepshanks praised the Town crowd at yesterday's game for failing to get on the players' backs as the Blues fell to another defeat.
Sheepshanks said: "Like every Town fan I went to Sunday's game expecting us to battle for the points to help push us up the table. Then to go two goals down and lose yet another attacking player and be defeated was a very bitter pill to swallow. But we are appreciative of the fact that at the end of the game I did not hear a single boo. I was really pleased with the support. Everyone saw how hard the team fought and how important that team spirit is to us. These are difficult times but we are made of stern stuff and we will get through this."
