Two Games for a Tenner at Walsham - Ipswich Town News

Town’s Suffolk Premier Cup first round tie at Walsham-le-Willows has been rearranged for Tuesday 13th November. The Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division club are offering fans the chance to watch both that game and Wednesday’s FA Vase first round replay against Hadleigh United at Summer Road (KO 7.45pm) for £10 (adults) or £6 (concessions).

Walsham, who have ex-Blue Gavin Johnson in their ranks, have introduced the promotion because they were unable to take advantage of Non-League Day on Saturday as they were drawing their FA Vase tie 1-1 at Hadleigh.

Go along on Wednesday and pay £10 (or £6 concessions) and you’ll receive a ticket for the Town match, a saving of £4. The Blues are expected to field a second string XI.

The winners of that match will play Felixstowe and Walton United away in the quarter-final of the Premier Cup in the week commencing January 7th. Town have re-entered the tournament this year after a two-season absence.
