More good news on the injury front sees John McGreal back in contention for a place for Thursday's game with Inter. The ex-Tranmere man has had a back problem, but he has been back in training for some while now and is seen as ready to get back into competitive action.
On the down side Richard Logan has picked up a hamstring injury after pulling up in the behind-closed-doors game yesterday.
Meanwhile, Finidi George is two weeks away from getting back into action. The Nigerian broke his cheekbone in the away game at Fulham.
