Town Linked with Swede - Ipswich Town News
Town are being linked with young Swedish attacking midfielder Kim Källström. The 20-year-old plays for small Gothenburg side Hacken, but has attracted the attentions of a number of clubs after a promising first year of Swedish top division football.
Källström signed a new contract with Hacken earlier in the season, but there had previously been links with Spurs, IFK Gothenburg, AIK and others. He has also had spells on trial at PSV and Udinese.
He has scored eight goals this season and has already gained some experience of international football.
Whether Town would be looking for a player in his mould is debatable. A striker looks a much more likely target for George Burley at present.
