Join the Guard of Honour at the Millwall Match - Ipswich Town News

The ITFC Charitable Trust is offering children aged 5 to 16 years the chance to perform in the guard of honour at the home game against Millwall on Saturday 8th December. Youth teams can book their Christmas parties, either in conjunction with the Matchday Soccer Experience or on non-matchdays.

Those involved in the Trust’s Matchday Soccer Experience will arrive at the club at noon and train with the Trust’s coaches, they will then enjoy some pre-match games before forming part of the guard of honour as the players take to the field. Additional matchday tickets can be bought at a discounted rate.

You can also book your youth team’s Christmas party at Portman Road either as a part of the Matchday Soccer Experience or on non-matchdays they can be built around the Trust’s Birthday Parties package.

Meanwhile, the knock-out cup finals for the Trust’s Adult Lunch League took place on Monday at Portman Road. The winners were AXA Can’t Score who beat company rivals AXA IT 4-1 in the final. CSD Finance were the League champions. Both teams were delighted to be presented their trophies by Trust patron Matt Holland.

However, Hull equalised again through Liam Delap in the 56th minute, then Hutchinson’s second put the Blues ahead again, however, Tigers sub Noah Ohio grabbed a point for the East Yorkshire side with three minutes remaining and the Blues were unable to take late chances to win it.
