Youth Cup Date at Bristol City Set - Ipswich Town News
Town's U18s will play their FA Youth Cup third round tie at Bristol City on Tuesday 4th December (KO 7pm).
Earlier in the season the young Blues lost 4-0 at home to the Robins, with whom coach Russell Osman was both a player and a manager.
The Youth Cup, which Town won in 1973, 1975 and 2005, gives youngsters what can often be their first opportunity to play at clubs' main grounds.
Meanwhile, the Suffolk Premier Cup quarter-final at Felixstowe and Walton United has been set for Tuesday 8th January, a Town reserves side having beaten Walton-le-Willows 5-1 in the first round last week.
