McCarthy and Clegg at AGM Tonight - Ipswich Town News
Manager Mick McCarthy and chief executive Simon Clegg will answer shareholders’ questions at this year’s PLC AGM this evening in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite in the Sir Alf Ramsey Stand (7.30pm). The meeting is open only to shareholders or their proxies.
The PLC owns 12.5% of Town and consists of the club's shareholding prior to Marcus Evans's takeover five years ago.
The meeting will vote on the re-elections of John Kerr and Simon Clegg and the election of Supporters Club chair Elizabeth Edwards as directors of the PLC.
Details of the club accounts for the year ending June 2012 are expected to be announced and discussed at the meeting.
