Academy Scores - Ipswich Town News
Town's Academy U19s copped a bit of a thrashing at the weekend. Ken Goody's lads were beaten 6-1 at Birmingham as poor defending let them down.
The Blues' goal came from Alan Connell, the U19s super sub, who again notched after coming on as a replacement.
The U17s did better, winning 1-0 in their game, also at Birmingham. Town's winner came from schoolboy Blair Hammond.
