Croft Out Next Week? - Ipswich Town News
Behind bars Town star Gary Croft could once again be back on the streets of Ipswich this time next week. The serial road crimes offender was given four months in December but with two months of that suspended plus remission and a possible period of electronic tagging Croft could be home very soon. Town manager George Burley welcomed the news saying that Croft had tried to keep himself as fit as possible whilst inside but would probably need a couple of weeks before he was fully fit.
A question also has to be asked of his availability if he is electronically tagged. Are you allowed to play whilst wearing one? And will he be able to attend all games, especially away ones? I'm sure we'll find out in due course.
