Redknapp Set to Speak to Campbell - Ipswich Town News
QPR boss Harry Redknapp is set to speak to former Blues loanee DJ Campbell about his future, but says he wouldn’t be too disappointed to see the 31-year-old remain at Loftus Road. Crystal Palace, Hull City and Cardiff are also understood to be interested in Campbell, whose contract is up at the end of the season.
Redknapp said: "There have been several asking about him and I understand why. I’ve not worked with him for long but have found him to be a fantastic fella and it’s no coincidence that managers he’s played for want to sign him again.
"It wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if he stays. I’ll speak to him and if he feels he wants to go and play every week then we’ll try to help him.”
